• Data Includes: Your email address, Discord user ID, and subscription status (e.g., "Warrior Path"), which we receive via our reseller, Whop. Whop processes your payment information; we do not store your full payment card details.
• Purpose of Processing: To manage your subscription, provide access to our TradingView Suite and exclusive Discord channels, and offer customer support related to your account.
• Legal Basis (GDPR): Article 6(1)(b) – Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party.

Community & Support Data

• Data Includes: Your Discord user ID, public messages in our community server, and any direct communications with our team for support.
• Purpose of Processing: To operate and moderate our community, provide user support, and gather feedback to improve our systems.
• Legal Basis (GDPR): Article 6(1)(f) – Our legitimate interest in fostering an active community and providing effective support to our users.

YaeBot Usage Data

• Data Includes: Your Discord user ID, the commands you issue to YaeBot, and your configuration settings for alerts or analysis.
• Purpose of Processing: To deliver YaeBot's analytical functions, execute your commands, and analyse aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to enhance the bot's performance.
• Legal Basis (GDPR): Article 6(1)(b) – Processing is necessary to provide the YaeBot service as part of your subscription.

4. Data Security & Retention

Security Measures

Our security philosophy mirrors our trading methodology: multi-layered and robust. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption and strict access controls, to protect your data.

Our Discord bot, YaeBot, operates on dedicated hardware physically located in the Netherlands. This ensures data processing for the bot's core functions occurs within the EU. While we apply our rigorous security standards, we believe in transparency about our operational architecture.

Data Retention

We practise storage limitation by design. We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

• Subscription Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and for a subsequent period as required to comply with Dutch financial and tax regulations.
• Community & Support Data may be retained for as long as you are a member of our Discord server to maintain conversation history. You may request the deletion of your specific contributions.
